Oct/2009 – Present Count on Us (Part-time) - Glasgow
The main responsibility of this company is to do the transportation data collection. Surveyors are usually working in group of two to collect all kinds of data, including statistics of passenger flow in train, statistics of car flow at a busy crossroad or roundabout, and statistics of parking space at car park. Team leader of each group has to communicate with either supervisor from Count on Us to discuss about survey details, or staffs from ScotRail or passengers about train details. The team leaders need to have the ability to solve sudden events, such as delay or cancellation of trains. It only took me one-month-time to be a team leader, and be trusted by superiors.
