I am a lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. My research efforts focus on tuning coding and signal processing tools for intelligent monitoring and control of domestic energy usage, appliance behaviour, water treatment and distribution and to a lesser extent agriculture, and civil structures through the use of wireless sensor network data acquisition, communications and various modelling and inference tools.
