MISSION:Promote Knowledge and Resources Optimization Leveraging Web based Networks (learning, operations).

PROFILE SUMMARY: Multilingual Systems Analyst, Knowledge Engineer, Process and Project Manager, Senior Advisor, Auditor, Lecturer. I specialize in Socio Technical Systems, Architectures, Management of Information Systems, HCI, ICT, some engineering management and operations
Interested in tracking how things transform, change and evolve (especially cognition, organisations). With a multidisciplinary background in International Business Management, Linguistics, IT and experience across a variety of sectors, I am involved in some technical committee work, serve as expert, evaluator, compliance inspector, all around general slave.
I serve as consultant for the non profit sector in sustainable and participatory project development and management worldwide, with an interest in networked operations and distributed architectures in the humanitarian and emergency management field, reviewer and evaluator.
