ERRORS IN THE FOURTH EDITION
A listing - on a chapter by chapter basis - of all errors in the 4th Edition of the textbook known to the authors, and corrections to those errors, can be found by clicking on the links below. Currently, some of the errors and corrections shown below relate to the THIRD edition. This is the case for chapters for which no errors in the 4th edition have become known to the authors. Then, for those chapters, the listing of errors in the 3rd edition will be removed and replaced by details of errors in the 4th edition as they have become known to us.
