Valuation: References for
random parameter models in stated preferences estimation of WTP
The following list of references was compiled by Dr. Stephen Swallow,
Department of Environmental and
Natural Resource Economics, University of Rhode Island, Kingston, USA. (Dept.
web: http://www.uri.edu/cels/enre/), and first distributed via the RESECON mailing
list. He prefaced the list with the following comments:
"RESECON folks:
Below are the references that many people sent me concerning random
parameters models in stated preferences estimation of WTP. Lots of people
deserve thanks, and several of these authors seem like people who are
willing to discuss details with others. In addition, Reed Johnson of
Research Triangle Institute appears to have some stuff in the works that
others will be interested in when done (so that's for future reference). "
