Summer 2024 Research Projects
There are no opportunities to conduct summer projects in the group in summer 2024, but there may be oppportunities to do so in summer 2025. Please contact David well in advance (by early Semester 2) for information on possible bursaries.
Final Year Research Projects
University of Strathclyde Undergraduate Chemistry Students Only
We typically offer 2-3 projects in the team each year. These will be published in the Project Directory in August each year, but you are welcome to contact David to discuss opportunities informally. Projects for the 2024/25 session will be published in late August/early September 2024.
Personal Fellowships
If you wish to apply for your own funding to work as a postdoctoral researcher or to undertake PhD study, please contact David with details of the scheme that you wish to apply for, noting the relevant deadlines. Please note that at least three weeks notice is typically required to allow a high-quality application to be prepared and for necessary letters of support to be obtained from the University.
